Shipping policy

Shipping Information:

MadKat Needlepoint, LLC ships all items via USPS. 

A tracking number will be sent to the email address you provide at checkout. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox. Please allow processing time between receiving a tracking number and the package being processed by the USPS. Your tracking number is sent once your order is fulfilled.

There is a flat shipping rate of $10. Needle minders ship for $3.00 unless ordered with canvases and then the flat rate for the entire package is $10.00.

MadKat Needlepoint, LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please take special care to enter your shipping address correctly. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate mailing address. If a package is lost, please contact your local post office. The post office can assist you and help file a claim with USPS for reimbursement.
